I'm sick and fucking tired of being sick, my head feels like i've been on a weekend long coke binge where really i've just been sitting around in the unseasonably warm weather and feeling like shit, watching the imaginary boy run around the park, no booze, no drugs except for the bullshit over the counter cold medicine which does fuck all as far as i'm concerned, so instead of my diatribe about why Molly Ringwald was the ultimate conformist or how Sarah Palin is an unethical cunt you get this... tomorrow i may just drink Guinness and smoke cigarettes and see how that works, couldn't hurt at this point.

I was on the Guinness and smokes to try to cure my sickness. Now I'm going to see the doctor to get steroids for me lungs.
take it from the nurse.... hot whiskey and lemon juice.... swallow it or rub it on your balls. whatever works for you.
nursie i may just do both at this point and hope for the best.
or you could just get a nurse to rub your balls instead of one telling you to do it. i reckon that might just sort ya.
